Rated 2 out of five by NicoleS from Know before you buy I purchased this along with matching Whirlpool fridge, stove, & dishwasher and accept been using it for 2 years. This microwave is loud when microwaving and also loud when opening and endmost the door. The button to open the microwave is hard to button compared to others I've endemic and used and the push is already showing wearable. Those issues I can live with only the biggest problems I take is that the Digital Numbers are Non all Working and the Kickoff Button is occasionally Not Working. This product is only two years old, My family and I have had other microwaves that we've never experienced problems with and only have bought new ones because we've moved.

I am selling my home and needed to purchase this aforementioned microwave since it matches my other appliances. Each time I registered my microwave, but was told when it broke that at that place was no record of me registering the product or that it was expired by the whirlpool customer service. I felt as though the customer service reps I spoke with did not care or were merely trying to become me off the phone. I believe this product should final longer than this. In my new dwelling house I am planning on not purchasing any whirlpool product unless whirlpool can make this situation correct.

The features are nice and it looks nice. I would accept given information technology more stars except the timer does not ring loud enough for someone to hear information technology unless you are standing correct in forepart of information technology and information technology really steams up quickly and I take it on an open counter - nil close to it. Keen microwave for the coin. This was the last appliance that I needed to change out to a Whirlpool. Won't buy any other brand for my next appliance purchase other than Whirlpool

It has to be a defect many people are seeing because we have seen it twice ourselves already and it admittedly makes us wish we had a microwave with a handle. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this microwave to supercede the Gold edition from 2011 and this one is by far non equally skillful. There is no "keep warm" feature and the door button to open works terrible and very loud and very tight to open. The front option melt console is non well suited for about cooking either. If nosotros had not needed to get a microwave the same size as the old i for our built in spot, we would take never purchased this model. Not a recommendation even if using for a counter top. We see this microwave having to be replaced in a short time. Bad blueprint and no comparing to the model it was replacing from the Gold series.
